Touchstone Spain was founded in January 2011 by Lord David Rowe, working with 1 Spanish Bank,today Touchstone Spain works with 14 Spanish Banks offering their Repossessed Properties to the Public.

David Rowe, came from humble beginnings, suffering with misdiagnosed dyslexia he had a tough time at school, in one school the teacher classed him as a retard.
He left secondary education with A level Economics, Sociology and Business Studies and later went on to study accountancy and life assurance law, by 25 he was earning double the salary of that primary school teacher.

David had a very successful career working for in the Banking and Motor Finance Industry, becoming the youngest regional manager in the Country for his employer.

On leaving the UK to settle in Spain David ventured on a new direction.

He joined a boiler room as a qualifier then broker and then floor manager and gained valuable experience in telesales and the operation of a telesales room.

He was then approached by a property developer to set up a direct sales and telesales department. He then spent many years setting up Direct sales and Telesales operations for various property developers 

For Puravarna Resorts, David created the direct telesales and sales team and was able to launch the resort to the public.
For Rushcliffe International, David created again a direct sales department, clients could purchase direct from the Developer rather than via an agent. Las Palmeras de Calahonda, Ocean pines, Benahavis Country Club were all launched for Rushcliffe.

For Arenal 2000, David employed 25 Telesales and Direct sales staff and broke all records for selling Developer property Direct.

In 2011 David decided to open his own bespoke Property Brokerage Touchstone Spain, which has grown to the Touchstone International Group.

Touchstone Spain offers clients the opportunity to purchase Spanish Bank Repossessed property direct from the Repossessing Ban.

David has experience in Marketing, Telesales, Operations Management and also the setting up of Sales & Telesales Operations.
